This is the core of Functional Strength Training! Utilizing conventional and unconventional tools in combination with martial arts, Olympic/power lifting, corrective/recovery techniques, and others to provide a truly FUNctional experience:

- clubbells
- bodyweight
- dumbbells & barbells
- odd objects (tires, atlas stones, kegs, etc.)
This class is a culmination of many years of experience combined with the educational background to give one of the most unique and effective workouts you can have.
