Semi-Private Training

Working out should be fun! Exercising with others is a great way to stay motivated and have a great time while you get in shape. Small group training (2-5 people) provides quality results at a reduced cost for everyone. Commonly performed with friends and/or family, if you don't have anyone you'd like to workout with, but still want semi-private training, we can help set you up with people with common interests.
